Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing, specifically for weekend coverage.
- Manage high-volume applicant traffic via phone and email with speed and precision.
- Utilize Boolean search strategies and ATS platforms to identify passive candidates.
- Coordinate weekend interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience that builds our employer brand.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- Deep knowledge of software development roles (Java, Python, React, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
