Responsibilities
- Execute weekend sourcing strategies on LinkedIn and major job boards.
- Conduct phone screens and initial technical interviews for Software Engineers and IT specialists.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
- Collaborate with the Weekday team to align on hiring needs.
- Update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate data.
- Participate in weekend recruitment events and networking mixers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
