Responsibilities
- Sourcing and engaging passive software engineers, DevOps specialists, and data scientists across California
- Conducting virtual weekend interviews and technical assessments via Zoom
- Building robust pipelines for hard-to-fill roles in AI, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity
- Managing full-cycle recruitment with ATS integration and compliance documentation
- Collaborating with hiring teams to define ideal candidate profiles and compensation structures
- Implementing diversity hiring initiatives to build inclusive technical teams
- Utilizing Boolean search strings and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify niche talent
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS or startup environments
- Expertise in sourcing Python, React, and cloud-native talent
- Proficiency with Greenhouse, Lever, or comparable ATS platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with weekend availability (Sat-Sun 9AM-5PM PST)
- Deep understanding of technical interview processes and evaluation frameworks
- Proven track record of closing senior-level engineering roles
- Certification in Technical Recruiting (CTR) or equivalent preferred
