Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates via phone, email, and professional networking sites.
- Post and manage job descriptions on various job boards and internal ATS systems.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Update candidate databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Conduct initial technical and behavioral assessments.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
