Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and backups on the weekend.
- Assist end-users with account management, printer configuration, and software installation.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the full-time IT team to address ongoing projects and urgent technical needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure IT workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in IT support, help desk, or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting network connectivity and peripheral devices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
