Responsibilities
- Execute routine server maintenance, patch management, and backups on Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Resolve escalated IT tickets and troubleshoot hardware/software issues for remote staff.
- Monitor system logs and security alerts to ensure data integrity and uptime.
- Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including firewalls and switches.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to coordinate maintenance windows and deployments.
- Update technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux environments.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking and virtualization technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues without direct supervision.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
