Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot server hardware and network infrastructure during peak weekend operations.
- Resolve complex Tier 2 technical support tickets with minimal supervision.
- Perform system updates, patch management, and security audits on weekends.
- Collaborate with the L1 support team to escalate and resolve critical issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all technical interventions and system status.
- Ensure 99.9% uptime for all critical systems during the assigned shift.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification preferred (A+ acceptable).
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux environments.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Must be available to work exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.
