Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat during weekend hours.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to escalate complex issues and share feedback.
- Stay updated on product features and troubleshooting best practices to provide accurate guidance.
- Manage high-volume ticket queues with a focus on speed and accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Previous customer service or tech support experience preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotational basis.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
