Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy code changes during weekend maintenance windows.
- Monitor system performance and resolve critical incidents immediately.
- Conduct code reviews and refactor legacy systems to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with the on-call engineering team via Slack and Teams.
- Ensure 100% uptime for critical services and databases.
- Document all changes and maintain detailed incident logs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or React.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and database management (SQL).
- Experience working in a 24/7 or shift-based environment is a significant plus.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
