Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely operate equipment to load and unload freight and merchandise from trucks and containers.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate inventory counts and organize stock to maintain optimal warehouse flow.
- Equipment Operation: Utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to move materials efficiently.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and ensure proper packaging standards are met.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid ID and authorization to work in the United States.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential for immediate onboarding.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license preferred for warehouse roles.
