Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues via phone and email.
- Manage and update customer service tickets with detailed, accurate notes.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Conduct routine system maintenance and security checks during quiet weekend periods.
- Assist in training junior staff members on weekend protocols.
- Resolve complex technical queries with patience and professionalism.
- Adhere to all company security and compliance policies strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or help desk operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic networking concepts.
