Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive hardware installations, configurations, and troubleshooting for office equipment and mobile devices.
- Provide advanced technical support and issue resolution via phone, email, and remote desktop during weekend operations.
- Document all service tickets, resolutions, and asset inventory changes in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the onsite engineering team to ensure seamless continuity of IT services over the weekend.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment adhering to all safety and compliance standards.
- Conduct regular system checks and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in IT support, help desk, or technical repair.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and network connectivity.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently without exception.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional on-site travel.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
