Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough phone screens and technical interviews for IT, Engineering, and Software Development roles.
- Manage and maintain job postings on major platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter).
- Sourcing candidates using Boolean search strategies and professional networks.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide detailed feedback to hiring managers.
- Update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately and efficiently.
- Research market trends to provide insights on candidate availability and salary benchmarks.
- Deliver a world-class candidate experience from application to offer.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical terminology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High-speed internet and a dedicated home office setup required.
