Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Train and mentor 5-7 team members on safety protocols and efficiency standards
- Resolve operational issues using real-time data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company quality standards
- Coordinate with day-shift managers for seamless transition and communication
- Conduct shift briefings and performance reviews to maintain high productivity
- Implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase throughput
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience preferred
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Valid NC driver's license with clean record
- Flexible availability including Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
