Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Train, coach, and mentor part-time staff on operational standards and safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations with professionalism and speed.
- Conduct opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
- Report daily performance metrics and any operational issues to the Regional Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail, warehouse, or customer service leadership.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate a diverse team.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (Rotating shifts available).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
