Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and greet shoppers warmly on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Process transactions quickly and accurately at the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and ensuring product displays are visually appealing.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor environment throughout the weekend shift.
- Collaborate with the floor team to drive sales and achieve weekly performance goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday) is mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium boxes (up to 25 lbs).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong reliability and punctuality work ethic.
- Familiarity with basic POS systems is an advantage.
