Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers and assist with inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor environment.
- Stock shelves and organize displays to ensure product availability and visual appeal.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and process transactions efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management and daily stock counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation is required.
