Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash handling procedures.
- Manage inventory levels and restock shelves to ensure a well-organized store appearance.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily performance targets.
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties to uphold store standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work weekends consistently.
- Basic computer proficiency and math skills.
