Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the weekend staff, ensuring all operational procedures are followed.
- Lead by example in customer service, handling high-volume inquiries and resolving complex issues efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management to ensure product availability.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and end-of-day shift closings to align the team on goals.
- Enforce safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure environment for staff and customers.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Mentor team members and provide constructive feedback to foster professional growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or customer service leadership roles.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and required holidays.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
