- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service to clients visiting the Seattle location.

- Assist in the setup and configuration of new devices and network systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace for all visitors.
- Collaborate with the full-time team to ensure seamless workflow and inventory management.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or IT support is highly preferred.

- Ability to work Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
