Responsibilities
- Provide technical troubleshooting and customer support via phone and email on weekends.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for clients.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions accurately.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all communications.
- Collaborate with the week-day team to ensure continuity of service.
- Assist with software installations and system updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Windows and Mac operating systems.
