What You’ll Do:
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations and floor management during weekend shifts.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of associates to ensure high performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues with professionalism.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or operations management.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) consistently.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on team development.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
