Responsibilities
- Manage daily inventory and stock replenishment during high-traffic weekend shifts.
- Assist customers with inquiries and process transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are organized, clean, and adhere to safety standards.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and basic cash handling duties with 100% accuracy.
- Monitor equipment functionality and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or warehouse operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
