Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors during weekend shifts.
- Assist customers with inquiries, process transactions efficiently, and resolve issues with a customer-first approach.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and organize merchandise displays to maintain visual standards.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless handovers and consistent service quality.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with company safety protocols.
- Monitor security cameras and access points to ensure the safety of assets and personnel.
- Perform light administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting on weekend performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid government-issued ID.
- Strong availability for Saturday and Sunday shifts (full or partial days available).
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or operations is a plus but not required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
