Responsibilities
- Manage Weekend Shifts: Oversee daily operations and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to customers and resolve inquiries promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and coordinate with the logistics team for timely replenishment.
- Team Leadership: Mentor part-time weekend staff and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce company policies and safety protocols to ensure a secure workspace for all employees and visitors.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly performance reports to the Regional Manager.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, logistics, or customer service operations.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure setting.
