Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks including stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and maintaining store aesthetics.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate cash registers and process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of displays and promotional events as required.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and well-stocked at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance goals and targets.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Previous retail or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
