Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues during weekend shifts.
- Monitor system performance and ensure 99.9% uptime for critical business applications.
- Manage and prioritize incoming helpdesk tickets with a focus on rapid response times.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and security patches.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to resolve complex technical escalations.
- Document all technical procedures and maintain detailed logs of support activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with network troubleshooting, VPNs, and remote access tools.
- Must be available to work a consistent weekend schedule (e.g., Saturday & Sunday).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
