Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the stability of our internal server infrastructure and network systems during weekend operations.
- Resolve Tier 2 technical support tickets and service requests submitted by internal staff and external clients.
- Perform regular system backups, security patches, and database maintenance to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with the on-site engineering team to document incident reports and operational procedures.
- Conduct routine hardware inspections and coordinate repairs for office equipment.
- Respond to critical alerts and system outages with immediate technical intervention and escalation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, IT operations, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and Active Directory environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues independently.
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend shifts (Friday to Sunday) as required.
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent military technical experience.
- Professional communication skills and a customer-centric approach to service.
