Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues during weekend shifts.
- Monitor server health and respond to critical alerts to ensure business continuity.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets efficiently using our CRM tools.
- Document all technical resolutions and update the knowledge base for the team.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to ensure seamless handovers and issue resolution.
- Conduct routine system maintenance and security updates.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, Help Desk, or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and networking fundamentals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical certification is preferred.
