Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions for our clients on the weekend schedule.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot bugs, and resolve critical technical tickets with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with the Product Team to implement feature enhancements and security patches.
- Ensure data integrity and application security during maintenance windows.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
- Document technical processes and update technical specifications accurately.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development (React, Node.js, or Python preferred).
- Must be available to work full-time weekends (Friday - Sunday, or Saturday - Monday).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
