Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain weekend IT infrastructure and operational systems
- Coordinate cross-state logistics between Seattle and Texas facilities
- Execute weekend system updates and security protocols
- Provide real-time technical support for remote and on-site teams
- Document operational incidents and resolution workflows
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handovers
- Ensure compliance with regional regulatory standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT operations or technical support experience
- Proficiency in Windows Server, AWS, and network diagnostics
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Valid driver's license for inter-facility travel (Texas role)
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat/Sun 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
