Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming technical support tickets and service requests during weekend shifts.
- Monitor server status and system performance to ensure 99.9% uptime for our clients.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on hardware and software systems.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the company knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday support team to ensure continuity of service.
- Provide exceptional customer communication via phone and email regarding system status.
- Conduct security audits and compliance checks during off-peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support, IT operations, or customer service.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on Windows, macOS, and network connectivity.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (flexible scheduling considered).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during shifts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote diagnostic tools.
