Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 10-15 weekend team members across warehouse and fulfillment operations
- Optimize weekend workflow efficiency to meet 99.5% on-time delivery targets
- Implement and maintain OSHA-compliant safety protocols for weekend shifts
- Manage inventory control and cycle counting during weekend operations
- Coordinate with weekday leadership teams for seamless handover processes
- Resolve operational escalations and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Generate weekend performance reports and analyze KPIs for weekly leadership reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years of operations/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- Proven track record of managing weekend shift teams in high-volume environments
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems and warehouse management software
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekday supervision
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
