As a Weekend Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in our logistics pipeline, ensuring our products are processed and shipped efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, and staging inventory.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely using appropriate equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Perform inventory audits and stock rotation to ensure accuracy and reduce waste.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless handover of daily targets.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding quality control and security.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Valid ID and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
