Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and sort merchandise accurately to ensure timely delivery.
- Picking & Packing: Retrieve orders from the warehouse floor and prepare them for shipment using standard packaging materials.
- Inventory Control: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels to minimize shrinkage.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and workplace regulations at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and night shifts as required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable mode of transportation and a positive work history.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and orders.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to read pick tickets and perform simple inventory counts.
