Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure, network systems, and hardware assets during off-peak hours.
- Perform routine diagnostic tests, software updates, and security patches to ensure optimal system performance.
- Resolve escalated technical incidents and tickets with speed and precision.
- Collaborate with the on-call engineering team to address critical issues during the night shift.
- Document all technical procedures, incident reports, and system changes accurately.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and operational compliance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or technical operations.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong knowledge of Linux, Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for reporting technical status updates.
