Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for hardware and software issues via phone and ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems and printer malfunctions.
- Perform routine system maintenance and security updates during off-peak hours.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our CRM database.
- Mentor junior staff members during weekend shifts.
- Ensure data integrity and backup procedures are followed strictly.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Must be available to work weekends and night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
