Responsibilities

- Train and mentor new weekend shift associates
- Generate performance reports for weekend operations
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Fri-Sat 11PM-7AM)
- OSHA Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving under pressure
- Valid Ohio driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Background check and drug screen required
