Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for desktop, laptop, and peripheral hardware issues.
- Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory accounts and permissions.
- Respond to incoming helpdesk tickets and resolve issues efficiently during weekend hours.
- Assist with software deployment, patch management, and system updates.
- Ensure secure and reliable access to network resources for all onsite staff.
- Collaborate with the on-call team during the week to resolve complex escalations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in IT Helpdesk or Technical Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Active Directory and basic networking concepts.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
