Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues on weekends.
- Manage and resolve incoming help desk tickets efficiently and accurately.
- Perform routine server maintenance and system backups to ensure business continuity.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to document technical issues and solutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional IT support or help desk experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with network protocols, VPNs, and basic hardware troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of customer service during off-hours.
- ITIL Foundation certification is a plus but not required.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as needed.
