Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain server infrastructure and end-user workstations.
- Monitor system performance and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and escalate complex issues to senior management.
- Document technical procedures and update knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with the team to improve overall system efficiency.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Active Directory.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating shift.
- Ability to lift and carry computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
