Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and maintain on-site IT infrastructure during weekend shifts.
- Respond to help desk tickets and resolve issues remotely.
- Assist in hardware installation and software configuration.
- Ensure data security and compliance during off-hours operations.
- Collaborate with the on-site team during shift handovers.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in IT support or help desk.
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
- Excellent communication skills and customer service attitude.
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- CompTIA A+ certification is a plus.
