Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist with network connectivity and device configuration for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all support tickets and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Conduct routine system checks and backups to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to escalate complex issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance to non-technical users.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Android operating systems.
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools and network troubleshooting.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs (laptops, monitors, equipment).
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
