Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to office staff and visitors during peak weekend hours.
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including printers and local networks.
- Maintain a clean and organized IT workspace and inventory system.
- Monitor system performance and report minor technical glitches.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new devices for incoming staff.
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and data privacy standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in IT is a plus).
