Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for internal employees and external clients.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on workstations, printers, and network equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Technical Support: Assist users with password resets, software installations, and basic network connectivity problems.
- Asset Management: Help track inventory of computer equipment and peripherals during weekend deployments.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; internship or personal tech repair experience is highly valued.
- Skills: Basic understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
