Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues during weekend hours.
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including network security and server maintenance.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and resolve incidents efficiently to ensure business continuity.
- Perform regular system backups and software updates during low-traffic periods.
- Collaborate with the on-call team to escalate critical issues that require weekday intervention.
- Ensure all IT assets are logged and inventory is up to date.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, VPNs, and basic security protocols.
- Must be available to work alternating weekends (e.g., Saturday/Sunday or Friday night/Saturday) consistently.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- CompTIA A+ certification is a plus.
