Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations, during weekend shifts.
- Provide first-tier technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for employees.
- Perform essential system maintenance tasks, including software updates, patching, and security audits.
- Monitor system performance logs and respond immediately to any alerts or critical incidents.
- Ensure data backups are completed successfully and verify data integrity.
- Collaborate with the core support team to document handover procedures and technical notes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or technical operations.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday (Weekend Shifts).
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and standard office productivity software.
- Proficiency in networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and hardware troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
