Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package customer orders in a fast-paced environment
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts - certification provided)Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanning technology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment targets
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Support inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
- Communicate operational bottlenecks to supervisors proactively
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper technique
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to North Charlotte facility
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
