Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Organize and stock merchandise on shelves, racks, and pallets according to safety and organizational standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks to ensure timely distribution.
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of the storage areas to ensure a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding product availability and order status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
