Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments to prevent errors
- Participate in monthly warehouse audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
